Actor Ryan Gosling (and a lot of luggage) was the star of the Gucci Valigeria campaign, shot by Glen Luchford and stylisted by Mel Ottenberg. “Gucci’s travel has never been purely physical,” explains creative director Alessandro Michele. “Gucci is the brand that accompanies Hollywood artists, writers, actors and directors on their journeys…that’s why I wanted the campaign to retell the dimension of Situationism, where the main character first travels through a ‘non-place’ a spiritual place, like the past and the present Like those who choose Gucci because they understand the importance of creativity used to construct imaginative spaces. Haider Ackermann will design Jean Paul Gaultier’s next haute couture collection

Fashionista Haider Ackermann has a new gig. He will be the next designer for Jean Paul Gaultier’s haute couture collection, which will debut in January. Since JPG retired in 2020, designers Olivier Rousteing, Glenn Martens and Chitose Abe have presented one-off collections for the brand during fashion week.

Marrow Fine + Machine Gun Kelly

Jillian Sassone has teamed up again with Marrow Fine, the jewelry brand founded by Nails of LA founder Brittney Boyce, to announce the launch of the MGK collection. Made from 880 diamonds recovered from musician Machine Gun Kelly’s “$30,000 Manicure,” all profits from the 18 capsules will be donated through Shaker Heights High School, a charity based in Ohio, where MGK attended high school.
