OFF-WHITE HOME 4.0 ORGANIC FEELING: ALL THE MUST-HAVES TO HAVE IN YOUR HOME NOW

Off-White celebrates Salone del Mobile 2022 by presenting Off-White™ Home 4.0-the fourth collection designed for the home-and the second chapter of the Off-White™ c/o Ginori 1735 collaboration. The Off-White™ Home 4.0 “Organic Feeling” collection is a study in contrasts that explores Virgil Abloh’s fascination with “taking the familiar and making it new,” where “familiar” refers to the objects of our everyday life and “new” is represented by the brand’s ongoing evolutions.

Inspired by architecture and organic forms reminiscent of the continuous transformation of nature, the pieces in the collection are at once recognizable and reimagined, avant-garde and human thanks in part to Off-White’s stylistic figures that further characterize the objects and are integrated into the Meteor Chair and Meteor Screen.

Made of birch plywood and natural oak, the screen and chair feature the Meteor motif that offers a window to the “front” and “back,” a portal of connection. The brand’s fluorescent orange details are developed as hinges on the screen and on oversized orange metal tags with the words “HOME,” an element that appears throughout the collection.
